Can't believe it has been one month since the first day I registered in KKTM Lenggong. God knows how much I love it here, I feel like I have created such a strong bond with the other students (not so much with the guys though haha) and I can't simply express how grateful I am for being destined to study here.

We had an SAT Boot Camp for the past 2 weeks, and it was ABSOLUTELY exciting. I would say that it was probably the best long-duration workshop I've ever participated in. We had an incredibly wonderful adviser, Mr. Brendan who guided us brilliantly for the duration of the camp. We did SAT practice drills every single day, got our brains worked up on college essays and analytical essays, learnt about American culture, and received countless of valuable information that will definitely help us academically and socially; not just for the SAT, not just for studying in the US, but also for the rest of our lives.

I just know that 20 years from now, I can still look back and remember every single day of this camp. The wonderful people involved and the memories we made together; they will not easily be forgotten.

Oh and not to forget, here are some vocabs to learn for today!

1. tardiness (adj) - slow in moving, acting, or happening / done or happening late / arriving or doing something late
Example: Her tardiness caused much displease from her colleagues.

2. overtly (adj) - easily seen / not secret or hidden
Example: Zeke's foster family showed him overt hospitality.

3. condescending (adj) - showing that you believe you are more intelligent or better than other people
Example: She hates her CEO because he always talks to her in a condescending manner.

4. idiosyncrasy (n) - an unusual way in which a particular person behaves or thinks / an unusual part or feature of something
Example: Others dislike her idiosyncrasy in which she always wear mismatched shoes to work.

5. conscientious (adj) - very careful about doing what you are supposed to do / concerned with doing something correctly
Example: It is Sherman's habit to be very conscientious in doing his homework.
